Create, or die

Hey there, it’s Atharva here, hope you doing fine there, it’s been a month since the new year, time flies.

And day by day, month by month, time’s gonna pass.

So you better take a pause, introspect what’s going on, make improvements, and work harder than ever.

We talking about content creation today.

April 2022, the month when I finally started to take building in public seriously and creating content on Twitter.

I started by posting around 5 times a day (yes) but wasn’t seeing any growth on my account.

You might not know, but I used to be a YouTuber, back in 2020.

Had around 20,000 subscribers on my channel, it was related to gaming.

But soon enough, I lost interest in gaming, posted lesser and lesser content, and eventually the channel faced downfall.

It’s only because of me, but I needed something different.

If I could have continued, it might have worked out, but I feel like giving your 100% is a must when doing something.

And I wasn’t able to do that.

But anyways, let’s talk about content creation in 2024 now.

I have managed to garner more than 10 thousand people on my Twitter profile.

  • Not because I have a secret formula

  • Not because I post out-of-the-box content

  • Not because I run ads

  • Not because I know better than others

But because I have been showing up daily.

This journey started back in April 2022, when I stumbled across people growing an audience through writing online on Twitter.

No need to show your face.

No need to record videos.

No editing hassle.

Just plain simple writing, and creating content around your interests.

And the best part about it is, it benefits you a lot in your coding journey.

Building in public, showcasing your skills, building connections, joining communities, and whatnot.

I can talk about the pros of writing online all day and still have more points to talk about.

What I want from you is to take the first step.

Now you might already have started posting on X and making friends around the globe.

But if not, what are you waiting for?

The 1st month of the year has already ended.

Still overthinking irrelevant things and doubting if you should be taking the risk?

1hr/day is more than enough to help you start your journey.

But the results are outstanding.

I have:

  • made good connections worldwide

  • built 10,000+ audience of legends

  • built digital products

  • earned $ online

  • got freelancing opportunities

  • sponsorships

  • been working on my online business

In just under 2 years of starting to build in public and create content.

What else do you need from me to convince you to start your journey?

Stay consistent, show up every day, and after a year, you’ll look back and be proud of yourself.

1 month has already passed.

11 more to go.

Till you start making New Year resolutions again.

Decide for yourself.

Take action, NOW.

I wish you the best,

-Atharva
