Manage coding and college with Twitter

Hello there fellow hustler, it’s finally here.

I am answering the most asked question in my DMs on Twitter:

“How do you manage all of this together?”

“You must work like a robot haha”

“I am finding it hard to code and build in public alongside!”

I know what you are talking about.

Having gone through this, initially, my own time management used to be sh*t, even after spending 5-6 hours daily, I could complete only so much of work.

But this is what it’s all about.

You learn from doing the same things over and over again.

So what is the secret you might ask? Yup, let me come to it.

The secret is nothing but a framework.

A framework that took me a year to build.

Which I reveal here, to prosper your own journey.

The ECB Framework.

I came up with that, I know I am really bad at naming things, but whatever.

ECB Framework

One of the best things you could do to skyrocket your coding journey is building in public, but few people tell you the process behind doing it.

Now, as I primarily post content on Twitter (X or whatever), I am giving you a system I use to manage coding along with it.

You can use this almost anywhere, the principles remain the same.

Note that this framework is just for saving your time in building in public and content creation, whilst coding every day.

Let’s dive into it, the 3 pillar of this framework are:

E - engaging

Even if you skip the other 2 pillars, don’t skip this one, engaging with others and making friends is the lifeblood of your Twitter journey.

I ignored this stuff for the first 2 months and gained only 56 followers.

I started engaging with others and made friends, then? Hit 500 followers in the same month.

Coincidence? I bet not.

Go and make friends, support each other, provide value, and skyrocket your growth.

C - content

Content is 👑 , without it, what are people gonna follow you for?

Clearly define who you want to help and how you help them.

For me: I help fellow developers/people like yourself, progress, and build in public by sharing their journey and writing online.

I help you by sharing the frameworks, systems, and learnings I get on my journey.

Remember: I am just a 20-year-old who is passionate about sharing content that genuinely helps fellow friends like you, and documenting my journey online.

B - building

Do you struggle with content ideas? What to write? Whom to write?

That’s because of 1 reason:

You aren’t doing much in real life.

I know this can be harsh, but trust me, if you are building cool stuff, living life, experiencing different aspects other than just being on Twitter…

You will never have a lack of content.

See this:

This is the amount of content ideas I already have, how come so much?

Because I spend less than an hour on Twitter, not even joking.

Content ideas come from:

  • going on a walk

  • building cool projects

  • going to the gym

  • talking to people

  • trying out new things

  • going for a run

  • reading books

Get it?

I have tried my best to explain to you how I manage coding/college and everything else whilst building in public and creating content.

I spend 90% of my time coding, learning new concepts, and building projects.

And just post what I feel will be valuable for you and others.

Maybe I spend an hour doing this, that’s it.

This is literally all I think of.

You need to have fun doing this, or else, burnout is near.

That was a long one, see you next week, I have some really exciting stuff cooking for you, gonna reveal it in the next email.

Have a great day, I wish you the best.
