Once I started, I could never stop.

Hey there buddy,

I’m gonna cut straight to the chase.

I’ve built a business, connected with high-value individuals, and created content that’s crossed 10M+ impressions—all thanks to building in public.

It’s no secret, but here’s the kicker: you can do it too.

Why Building in Public?

For me, it started with a passion for creating content. I’ve been doing this for over 7 years across multiple platforms—videos, shorts, reels, you name it.

But X (formerly Twitter) was a different beast.

It wasn’t about flashy visuals or quick montages. It was about writing. And to be honest, writing wasn’t my strong suit back then.

But I took a leap in March 2022, created an account, and started sharing tech content—coding, development tips, and a little bit of everything else.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was tapping into something powerful: building in public.

So, what is building in public?

It’s as simple as sharing your work. Wins, losses, projects, progress—just being transparent with your journey.

You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be real. That’s what resonates with people.

When you build in public, people connect with your story. They see your growth, your struggles, your wins. They relate. And when they relate;

They trust.

Trust opens doors. It creates opportunities—whether it’s partnerships, collaborations, or just valuable conversations with the right people.

How You Can Start Building in Public:

It’s not complicated. Here’s the roadmap to get started today:

1. Share What You’re Working On:

Whatever it is—coding, development, side projects—just start posting about it.

2. Be Real:

Show your wins, but don’t shy away from sharing your failures. That’s how people connect with you.

3. Be Consistent:

Building in public isn’t a one-and-done deal. You’ve got to keep showing up. Consistency is everything.

Why It Works:

People are tired of the fake gurus who only show the shiny, polished success stories. They crave transparency. They want to see the ups and the downs.

When you build in public, you provide that transparency. And that’s where the magic happens. People trust you, they relate to you, and they start to see you as someone worth following.

So, what’s stopping you?

Get out there. Start documenting your journey. Share your projects, your lessons, your failures. It doesn’t have to be perfect—just real.

And trust me, you’ll be amazed at the opportunities that start coming your way when you build in public.

Thanks for reading, and as always, if you’re starting to build in public, tag me or hit reply—I’d love to see what you’re up to.

Let’s make some noise.
